Learning proper technique requires practicing with really light-weight equipment. It is best to learn without fighting just to hold the string back. These 10# limbs allow you to both practice drawing and shoot without the strain of holding too much draw weight.

They are ideal for youth starting to shoot.

These wood/glass limbs fit primarily the Rolan riser, giving you a bow that if set up to shoot (Package 2), is accurate and comfortable to handle until you are familiar with shooting. Heavier limbs can be purchased from archery shops that carry recurve equipment.

*10# Limbs Only -- for the Rolan or Internature riser.* On the Rolan riser, these are 62" on a 23" riser, 66" on a 25" riser, or 8# with the short limbs on the long riser (64").
